I am only "low hand" learning from others.
1. Finding the suitable AC to AC 牛牛:
Regarding 外置牛, the 1st thing is to consider the input of the DAC. For my DacMagic, it's AC input. Hence, no regulator is needed for the 牛牛.
2. Plugs & cables
2.1mm plug is used to connect to the DM. Not much on the marekt to pick from.
Some like to add IEC male, so u can change PC later. However, direct connect will provide better performance. Personally, 派拉利 1.5mm 老線(中性 & 無味精) fits me perfectly.
A 24K gold plated power plug will be more suited for the DAC/ source
3. Casing.
Metal is better than plastic for shielding purposes

It's hard to find a metal one! Mostly plastic in SSP. So I used a wafer can lor! hahaha... u may use a mooncake box! haha...
